All proceeds will support 2027 Lifeline Grocery and Community Fresh Market programming.
Join Connected Chef for an evening celebrating community, culture, culinary creativity, and our first year in Woodside. Enjoy seasonal fare, local drinks, live music, performances, and a special Community Fresh Market experience - all in support of a more accessible and equitable food system.
We Keep Us Fed.
Connected Chef began as a mutual aid group of chefs feeding one another and we’ve grown into a full scale community-rooted organization whose distributed over 5.5 Million pounds of food from Black and Latino farmers to food insecure communities across Queens in 6 years. Our community has redefined food access and raised the bar for quality and affordable groceries in NYC. Connected Chef now seeks your support as we embark on a new year focused on expanding the impact of our robust community-controlled, NY food system.
We are turing a traditional gala on it’s head…
In the spirit of solidarity, each ticket sold and enjoyed by our guests will also provide a seasonal harvest meal for a family recieving free Lifeline Groceries that week. These free meals will be prepared in partnership with Refettoria Harlem and Prince Abou Butchery. Everyone deserves a quality, upscale meal to celebrate our community!
Help us raise $250,000 and expand affordable grocery access
Ways to Give
Give Once. Make an immediate impact.
Your donation, of any amount, helps deliver fresh, culturally relevant groceries to families in Queens, invest in BIPOC farmers, and sustain community-led food programs.
Give Monthly. Make a sustained impact.
Recurring gifts provide the reliable support Connected Chef needs to purchase directly from local farms, plan ahead, and ensure neighbors can count on fresh food week after week.
Your support helps Connected Chef build solidarity-based food programs that:
Prioritize fresh, locally grown produce over highly processed foods
Eliminate bureaucratic barriers and eligibility requirements
Deliver groceries directly to households, supporting busy families and helping immigrant neighbors access food safely
